Nifty 50: The Nifty 50 is a group of 50 large-cap companies listed on the NSE. These companies are selected based on various parameters such as market capitalization, liquidity, trading volume, and sector representation. The Nifty 50 is considered as a benchmark index for the Indian stock market.
Nifty Next 50: The Nifty Next 50 is a group of 50 companies that are ranked 51 to 100 in terms of market capitalization. These companies are considered as mid-cap companies and are closely watched by investors as they have the potential to become large-cap companies in the future.
Nifty 500: The Nifty 500 is a group of 500 companies listed on the NSE. These companies are selected based on their market capitalization, liquidity, and other parameters. The Nifty 500 represents about 96% of the total market capitalization of the companies listed on the NSE.
Nifty Midcap 150: The Nifty Midcap 150 is a group of 150 companies that are ranked 101 to 250 in terms of market capitalization. These companies are considered as mid-cap companies and are closely watched by investors as they have the potential to become large-cap companies in the future.
